OK kids, get this, 7 days, deep in the Colorado Rockies, 18" cast iron, roaring fire and a ice chest packed with Porcine!!!!!!!

As a new member I don't want to jump in and start a big commotion but I must say cast iron is they way to go. Unlike so many puny, unworthy modern frying pans, one can buy huge cast iron pans and cook up insanely large quantities of God's most prefect food! Besides, a well cared for cast iron frying pan will last for generations. A way to pass on our bacony love to future generations!
